AiM MXS 1.3 Strada IVA Compliant 5" Dash Display Plug & Play Kit
The MXS 1.3 Strada is one of our most widely used dashes on tracks and roads all over the world. The MXS 1.3 Strada has a 5" colour TFT display that offers a great visual impact. You can configure the dash to show all the information coming from the ECU, analogue /digital inputs, predefined math channels and an optional GPS Module.
The MXS 1.3 Strada is available with a choice of connection. Choose either the OBDII or K-Line CAN, depending on whether you want to connect to the vehicles ECU or OBDII port or directly to the ECU through the CAN channel.
Easy Connection
Connecting the MXS 1.3 Strada dash to your ECU is simple. You can sample and display dozens of channels straight from the vehicles ECU. This is usually the quickest and easiest setup, needing only 2 cable connections to the ECU instead of multiple connections to analogue sensors.
As well as the standard 14 pin wiring loom included in the kit with a choice of CAN or OBDII, K-Line the kit also comes with an additional 23 pin loom which has pre-configured connections for all the main relevant electrical items in your vehicle such as oil, temperature, fuel level, sidelights, hazards, front and rear fog, handbrake, main beam, dipped beam and left and right-hand indicator. A speed sensor is also included in the kit to connect to this additional loom.
Digital Outputs
The MXS 1.3 Strada features 1 AMP digital output configurable to be activated/deactivated depending on the value of the analogue /digital inputs or on the impulses coming from the ECU. This allows you to automatically run external systems, such as switching on/off additional lights, to activate/deactivate a cooling fan or circulation pumps when a certain event happens.
With CAN Output you can send messages directly to an existing CAN network to improve the range of vehicle control possibilities.
